Can you recommend s safe vegetable peeler for kids or a safe cutting knife?

I am in Australia and brought several knifes from a home show called “Kiddie Food Kutter”. These are brilliant little knifes that will cut almost anything, using a saw action, but if you run it back and forth across your hand, it feels completely blunt. Very smart technology! Pretty sure you can buy them online, probably through ebay.
